What the Silver Package Offers:

To make sure you are in the clear, IncFile will verify official records to see if the name you want to use is accessible. In the name availability check will help you save a lot of time and effort in the long run.

1 year of FREE Registered Agent Services
In its capacity as your registered agent, IncFile will be responsible for receiving and sending any relevant documents on your behalf, safeguarding your privacy and making sure you never miss a delivery.
For the first year, IncFile is offering this service without charge. After that, they will charge $119 annually, but you are under no obligation to continue.
